The PSN TTA team offers a Prosecution Assessment. The goals and objectives of this assessment are to: Assess capacity to prosecute violence crime using federal and state law Identify strengths, gaps, and enhancements needed in violent crime prosecutions Identify local and national resources to improve successful prosecution results
TRAINING or ASSESSMENT on Grant Strategy
Grants are critical for helping local partners enhance their crime reduction efforts. Subject Matter Expert Joan Brody has been hosting a five-part webinar series for a district on grant strategy and winning grant awards. Ms. Brody also conducts Grants Landscape Reviews for local partners, with the goal of developing a method to enhance private, state, and federal funding using a grant strategy planning process.
ASSESSMENT on Technology Capacities
SME Dr. Lee Hunt is concluding a virtual Technology Assessment with a local police department. This assessment involves examining areas such as dispatch software, records management software, IT support, case management, and other related technologies. The goal of the assessment is to provide the local site with insight in planning and implementing future initiatives focused on the agency's technical resources and abilities.
