This assistance is a “welcome package” of resources for new PSN team members who need guidance with grant start-up. Examples are research partner selection and roles, fiscal agent assistance, access to TTA, data and strategy selection, cross-district sharing, and a Violent Crime Reduction Workshop (multiple jurisdictions/regional).

- Provide a foundation for new PSN team members using PSN history (general and district-specific), pillars, and BJA grant requirements.

- Developing/Refining a strategic action plan
- Accessing training and technical assistance
SMEs/Trainers:
SMEs are available and can be identified based on specific site needs. Trainers include prosecution, crime
analysis and research leaders experienced in the PSN model.
